Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at this year's Freedom Festival. Inside and outside space is available and will be rented on a first come, first served basis. You must provide your own tables, chairs and shade.

APPROVAL OF APPLICATION: Upon receipt and approval of your completed application materials, an email confirmation will be sent. Inland NW Freedom Fest reserve the right to approve or deny applications.
SETUP TIMES: Doors open to vendors at noon on Friday.
Saturday - All setup must be complete prior to time to open for the public at 9 am.
All booths must remain set up until the end of event at 5:00 PM on Saturday.
Inland NW Freedom Fest 2019 will be open to the public on Saturday, 9/14/2019, from 9:00 AM to 5 PM.
TEAR DOWN TIMES: All tear down and cleanup must be complete by 11:00 am on Sunday.
Rental fee and refundable deposit must be included with the application to reserve space. Please write separate checks made payable to Inland NW Freedom Fest. If only one check is issued for both the deposit and rental fee, the deposit fee will be considered a donation toward festival expenses. You will be notified by email concerning acceptance of application and allocation of space.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. In the event an application is not accepted, all fees will be returned. If space is assigned and a display is not put up, rents are forfeited. If the booth area is restored to the way you found it, your deposit check will be destroyed by Inland NW Freedom Fest. If the booth area has not been cleaned to Freedom Fest specs by 11:00 am on Sunday, the check will be cashed.
ALL SALES TAX must be made directly through the applicant, who is responsible for the collection and payment of sales taxes to the State of Idaho.

WAIVER: I release and waive any claims against Inland NW Freedom Fest LLC for any loss or damage to merchandise, equipment, or vehicle which is not owned by Inland NW Freedom Fest LLC, or any injury to any person or other property damage which may occur during the Freedom Festival. Inland NW Freedom Fest LLC will not be held responsible for any losses or damages to items displayed. All vendors are entered at the vendor’s risk.
